BOOKING DETAILS

• For Corporate/Business Events and Personal Celebrations, our event space can accommodate a minimum of 20 guests, to a maximum of 120 guests.

• For Wedding Receptions, our event space can accommodate a minimum of 50 guests to a maximum of 120 guests (including space for a dance floor and a DJ)!

• For Wedding Ceremony + Reception bookings, our event space can accommodate a minimum of 20 guests to a maximum of 60 guests (including space for a dance floor and a DJ)!

• For business gatherings or personal celebrations of 35-55 guests, we offer our Carson’s at Andover’s “Terrace” as a private space for events hosted on Monday-Thursdays. Please inquire below for additional details.

  • How many people can your space hold?

    Our event space can host events and celebrations for 20-120 guests. To book a private event in The Lily, The Lincoln, or the entire Hudson event space you must reach our guest minimum requirement of 20.

  • Do you offer plated dinners only or can we do a buffet service or just appetizers?

    All events held in The Hudson are able to offer plated, passed or buffet/stationed food service for their guests depending on the experience they’re wanting to offer! All food and beverage/bar service must be sourced through Carson's at Andover for all events.

  • Do you help with decorating or setting up my event?

    Events at The Hudson features an in-house wedding and event planning company to help bring your celebration vision to life. Haley Michelle Designs can offer event design services to help give your event an elevated look, which includes all set up needs.

    If you choose to forgo our in-house event design package, you may bring in your own decor/centerpieces or your tables will be set with our in-house faux centerpieces and included linens and china.

  • What comes included in the event space rental and what is additional?

    Tables, chairs, in-house linens/napkins (laundering fee included) and all china are included in any event rental with The Hudson. Linen upgrades available.

    Additionally, all event proposals will feature an automatic gratuity, a back-of-house production fee and sales tax.

  • Do you have the capabilities for me to include a presentation during our event?

    Our entire event space comes with audiovisual capabilities. You will have the ability to personalize your event or celebration with smart art televisions and individual audio controls.
